      Wanted to make an appt for our yearly physical.Since our regular physician has left the practice they will be charging us a fee for establishing care with a new provider,at the same practice on top of the yearly physical fee.They already have all our info on file so this is not necessary.Seems like unfair treatment of patients trying to be loyal to the practice
